Coastal Travels is committed to maintaining high safety and operational standards through comprehensive training programs. This policy ensures that all employees, including licensed personnel, check-in, and ground staff, are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Tanzanian Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) and international standards.

 The company provides equitable access to training, ensuring employees have opportunities to participate in initial and continuous development training required to maintain certifications, and support career progression. Employees who do not meet required standards during training or evaluations will be given opportunities for remedial training. This training will address specific deficiencies and enable employees to achieve the required competency levels in a supportive and constructive manner.
